Beautification day and hospitality budget approval

The first PTO meeting of the year will be held after the beginning of school, all voting members of the PTO Board need to approve the amount to be spent on Beautification Day and Hospitality. Beautification Day budget needs to cover August 22 and May 1st. Hospitality is also for the entire year, which includes the Beautification Days and open houses throughout the year. Voting closes August 20th. The amounts of $400 and $250 are the same as last years budgeted amount for these line items.
